Showcase: a compact live demonstration using your own scenarios, so decision makers and departments share the same expectations.
Prep Check: we review licences, permissions, data residency and content structure. Copilot is only as good as the access rights and material it may use – this step prevents the most common disappointments.
Explorer: together with a pilot group we identify the highest-leverage use cases and document prompts and workflows that actually work.
Launch Wave: roll-out in groups with basic training, use-case sessions and internal champions. Care: ongoing support, new use cases and usage reviews.
Tailor-made Copilot Agents
Beyond the standard features we build custom Copilot Agents for recurring tasks: an HR agent answering policy questions, an IT agent for first-level support, a service agent that searches technical documentation, or a sales agent for product and quotation information.
The agents access your existing sources – SharePoint, Teams, line-of-business systems – under control, and always respect the permissions of the person asking. Governance, logging and approval processes are defined together with your IT and data protection stakeholders.
